VinMotion Motion 2

Global debut at CES 2026. Walking, boxing, and dancing.

Motion 2 is the second-generation humanoid. I contribute to the motion side of that system. The public debut was a live show of dynamic, full-body motion.

CES 2026

Motion 2 launched publicly at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, 6–9 January, at LVCC West Hall, booth 5001, with Qualcomm. Live cycles covered conversational interaction, extreme range of motion and balancing, and dynamic motion: walking, boxing, and dancing.

The booth drew industry visitors including Euisun Chung of Hyundai and Cristiano Amon of Qualcomm, and the team spoke with Yahoo Finance about taking humanoids from the lab onto a real floor. The point of the demo was stability and full-body control. CES was the first time that package was shown outside Vietnam.
